The PM is such a good sport, however when it comes to English, goodness me, he sounds as if he translates each word literally including periods, commas, question marks, inverted commas, brackets, hook line and sinker come to that!
The same applies to jokes, puns, witticism, metaphors and rethorical oratory at which he is an unprecedented master.
Guts he has galore. Articulacy, I’m afraid, not quite as much.
